What is a natural disaster?

A Natural disaster is an unforeseen occurrence of an event that causes harm to society. There are many natural disasters that damage the environment and the people living it. Someone of them are earth Quakers, Cyclones, Floods, Tsunami, Landslides and avalanches.

Types of Natural disasters

Tornado ,Drought, Flood, Land slide, Snow fall and more. 

Where is the most natural disasters?

Asia and the pacific is the most disaster-prone region in the world. Nearly 45 percent of the natural disasters occurrin the region, and more than 75 percent of those affected by natural globally in the region.

Causes of the natural disasters 

Global warming, Natural activities in the earth's crust, Tectonic movement, Moon activity, Mining, Seismic activity, Air pollution.

Effects and the solutions for prevent natural disasters

 Environment issues ,Humanitarian crises, Public health issues, Food scarcity ,Water scarcity, Displaced pollution, Death, Economic impact and we can prevent natural disasters for doing emergency measures, Investments in ricks reduction, Reforesting, Stable building, Technology, Economic support. 

Therefore, Let's do only environmentally friendly activities for the sake of the environment and protect nature from dangers.

There are many places to visit Kandy district.  The temple of the tooth, Peradeniya  Botanical Garden, Ambuluwawa, Ambakke, Gadaladeniya , Kinihira, Kandy national Museum, KCC and Hanthana Birds park is some of such places.
